Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.

Prior to shipping, our team will perform a thorough inspection on the items you purchased. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because several parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.

Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

Your item should be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
