Our warehouse staff is highly trained and will be able to pack the items according to the exact and precise specifications. Before shipment, all items are thoroughly inspected and secured. These warehouses are in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.

Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because several parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
